On June 22, 2024, the exclusive applied psychology training course "Para-Helper Manager: Leading with Heart" was successfully conducted, providing valuable psychological knowledge and tools for leaders to support themselves and their employees, enhancing connections, retaining talent, and creating a happy working environment.
One of the important topics of the training course was the 5S model, a useful tool that helps leaders support employees in overcoming challenges in work and life. This model includes five key elements:
➡️ Emotional Support: Sharing emotions and empathy to uplift employees.
➡️ Tangible Support: Providing material, financial support, training courses, or even personal time to assist employees.
➡️ Esteem Support: Helping employees build self-confidence through recognition and encouragement of their achievements.
➡️ Network Support: Introducing, providing, and creating connections that can bring good opportunities for employees.
➡️ Informational Support: Providing answers and necessary information to employees.
Participants had the special opportunity to connect with Ms. Anh Nguyen, former Senior HR Director of Carlsberg Vietnam Group. Ms. Anh Nguyen shared practical case studies from businesses, helping participants apply the 5S model knowledge to solve difficult situations.
