ETHICAL PRINCIPLES

We comply with the professional ethics of clinical psychologists in providing services according to the regulations of the American Psychological Association APA ( APA Code of Ethics, 2017 ):

  • Be kind and do no harm: Psychologists must protect the rights of clients and others affected. Be sure to do no harm and always try to create a positive influence on the client.

  • Honesty and responsibility: Psychologists need to build trusting relationships with clients and adhere to professional standards of conduct. Always be aware of your scientific and professional responsibility to society.

  • Integrity: Psychologists must always prioritize accuracy, honesty and fairness, not engage in any deceptive practices and ensure everyone is treated fairly.

  • Fairness: Psychologists must ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access the benefits of psychological work and enjoy the same quality of service, processes and procedures provided by psychologists.

  • Fairness: Ensure fairness for everyone in accessing the benefits of psychological work and must enjoy the same quality of service, processes, and procedures from psychologists.
